The Prince George Canoe & Kayak Club is volunteer run and relies on grants, fundraising, program fees, and alot of volunteer hours to successfully offer these program.

Some sports require almost no equipment and other sports require you to purchase all the equipment; our club has invested heavily in boats, paddles, lifejackets and all the other gear required so that our NCCP coaches can give kids their first chance to learn to paddle or even help them on their journey to competition through developing their skills at the BC Summer Games.

Our fees are as low as possible whilst still covering expenses such as membership in our Provincial Sport Organization, Equipment Insurance, Participant & Coach/Volunteer Insurance, Storage / Rental Fees, Equipment Maintenance & Repairs, and general operating expenses.
